— THE IN-BETWEEN —
A retreat for the space between what was and what comes next.
November 21—24, 2026
Morzine, France“The Sense & Presence retreat was amazing. With Adriana and Krystsina’s guidance, I was able to work through some personal stuff that had been weighing on me. It honestly felt like a huge knot in my chest just came loose, and I left with so much more clarity and a deeper sense of being present in my life.”

Think: a warm chalet, a fire going, homemade food, afternoon tea, cozy evenings together and nowhere else you need to be.
This retreat is about the ‘funny’ in-between bits of life that we sometimes don’t really know what to do with. Something is over, something else is coming, and for a little while you’re neither here nor there. There’s often an urge to rush through those parts, to make a decision or figure out what’s next. This retreat is an invitation not to.
For three nights in the French Alps, you get to step out of your usual rhythm and give yourself some room to be where you are. Through practice, reflection and conversation, you’ll explore cycles and thresholds, what has run its course, what you’re carrying forward, and what doesn’t need an answer just yet.
For a few days, we want this to feel less like attending a retreat and more like being welcomed into a home where you have a place.

Absolutely! The retreat will be held in English but together the instructors speak 6+ languages. Most participants will not have English as their first language and it's always fun to find ways to communicate outside of our own language.
